2. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full before production begins. We accept major credit cards and approved business checks. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Turnaround Time

Production timelines vary depending on the product. Estimated turnaround times are provided at the time of order. Delays caused by third parties (e.g., shipping carriers) are not the responsibility of MauriPrint.

4. Proofing & Approval

Clients are responsible for reviewing all proofs for accuracy. We are not liable for errors in artwork once approved by the client.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of printing, all sales are final. In the case of production errors verified to be our fault, we will reprint or issue credit at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

You must own the rights or have permission to use all artwork, logos, and content submitted. We reserve the right to refuse printing any content that violates laws or our ethical policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

MauriPrint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Louisville, KY.
